Returns & Exchange Policy

OKUNOREN provides an exchange and refund service for both online and in store purchases provided the items are in their original condition and packaging. All refunds will be issued in the same form as payment. Please see below for more information on how to make an exchange/return:

In Store Purchases:

All products must be returned to our flag ship store within 14 days of purchasing the items.

Purchased items must be accompanied with the product receipt and must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging with all labels and garment tags still attached.

Online Orders:

You must inform OKUNOREN of your intention to exchange or return the merchandise within 14 days of the date of delivery, by directly returning the merchandise to OKUNOREN together with the exchange/return label filled-in.

All products must be accompanied with the product invoice and exchange/return label (provided with your purchase), and must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging with all labels and garment tags still attached.

Please note that new orders for exchanged items are subject to merchandise availability. We will inform you if we are unable to fulfill your order.

OKUNOREN reserves the right to refuse return and exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements at OKUNOREN’S discretion.
